Unbinding practices take around 30 minutes,
therefore group sessions involve two practices across 1.5 hrs.

Free support is available for those who wish to master the art through shared sessions.
To make it clear: no fee is charged for any of the sessions, groups, or events.
A pay as you can donation to cover the cost of the room booking is mandatory.

The group takes place
Saturday or Sunday
10:30pm-12pm
